This website is operated by Tiny Babas. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tiny Babas.


By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not use this website.

2. Business Information

Tiny Babas is a UK-based business selling baby weaning products made from safe, baby-friendly materials.

3. Our Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Product specifications may change without notice

All products are intended for use under adult supervision and are not toys unless explicitly stated.


4. Product Safety & Compliance

All Tiny Babas products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and are third-party tested to ensure safety and compliance.

Our products:

  • Come with test reports and Declarations of Conformity (DoC)
  • Are free from harmful chemicals such as BPA
  • Are tested in accordance with relevant UK and EU safety standards, including (where applicable):
    • UK General Product Safety Regulations
    • EN 14372 (child use and care articles – cutlery and feeding equipment)
    • LFGB and/or EU food contact material standards

This testing ensures that our products are safe for their intended use when used correctly.

5. Product Use & Care (Important)

Some of our products are made from silicone and stainless steel. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Silicone components:
    • Some are microwave safe (please refer to individual product instructions)
  • Stainless steel components:
    • Are not microwave safe under any circumstances

Where products contain both materials, components can be separated to allow safe use of silicone parts where applicable.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage or safety risks. Tiny Babas is not responsible for misuse.

 

6. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders due to errors (e.g. pricing or stock issues)

A contract is only formed once you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

 

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

 

8. Klarna Payments

We may offer payment options via Klarna.

If you choose to pay using Klarna:

  • Payment terms are provided directly by Klarna
  • You enter into a separate agreement with Klarna
  • Klarna is responsible for processing your payment

Tiny Babas has no control over Klarna’s decisions, including approval, declined payments, or fees.

9. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

10. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.


To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

11. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:


  • A full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty
  • A repair or replacement if goods develop a fault after 30 days

12. Returns

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are used or damaged
  • Are not in original packaging
  • Are returned outside the allowed timeframe

All content on this website (including text, images, branding, and product designs) is owned by Tiny Babas.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

Note: While our branding and content are protected, our product designs are not subject to registered patents or design rights.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any rights you have under UK consumer law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Babas shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, data, or business
  • Misuse of products
