Product Recall Policy.

Our Commitment to Safety

At Tiny Babas, the safety of your little ones is our absolute priority. All of our products are designed and tested to meet or exceed UK and EU safety standards. In the unlikely event that a product recall is necessary, we are committed to acting swiftly and transparently.

What Is a Product Recall?

A product recall occurs when a product is found to pose a potential safety risk to consumers. Recalls may be initiated voluntarily by Tiny Babas or in response to guidance from regulatory bodies such as the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) or the Trading Standards authority.

How We Will Notify You

If a product you have purchased is subject to a recall, we will contact you via:

  • Email to the address associated with your order
  • A prominent notice on our website
  • Social media announcements where appropriate

We strongly recommend creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter to ensure you can be reached quickly in the event of a recall.

What To Do If Your Product Is Recalled

  1. Stop using the product immediately upon receiving a recall notice.
  2. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.
  3. Contact us at admin@tinybabas.co.uk with your order number and the product name.
  4. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Reporting a Safety Concern

If you believe a Tiny Babas product may be unsafe — even if no recall has been announced — please contact us immediately at admin@tinybabas.co.uk. We take every concern seriously and will investigate promptly.

Regulatory Compliance

Tiny Babas complies with all applicable UK product safety legislation, including the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 and relevant standards for baby and children's products. Our silicone and stainless steel products are free from BPA, phthalates, and other harmful substances.
